Common bidet issues are often water related issues such as leaking at the Bidet hose, T-adapter or Bidet spray.
- Ensure that all water connections are properly tightened
- Ensure that between water connections that there are a rubber o-ring seal present.
- Issues with leaking from the bidet spray head or nozzle may indicate a fault with the product. If this is evident upon early purchase of the product, please contact support for a replacement.
